Dragon Ball in HD (Dragon Ball Kai)

Con el reciente estreno de Dragon Ball Evolution (de la cual, para gusto de unos y desgracia de otros hablaré dentro de poco) parece que se está desenpolvando toda la maquinaria de hacer dinero a costa de Dragon Ball, y dejando a un lado los más que probables muñecos de la película, los cromos, los tazos, los videojuegos y los tampones con forma de Bu-Bú, hay algo que sin duda hará regocijarse a los más fanáticos de Dragon Ball (sí, me refiero a ti, que incluso te gusto la película).

Apparently, Dragon Ball Kai, a remastering of the original series in HD that in theory will be more faithful to the manga and will not contain filler chapters, has recently been released in Japan.

I don’t know what to think. On the one hand I’m glad that they remastered the series in HD, but on the other I’m not too used to seeing series made ‘with Photoshop’ (Yes, I admit that I don’t usually like it in anime). We’ll see what the matter turns out to be and if it finally leaves Japanese territory, something that I hope happens so that new generations of kids can continue watching Dragon Ball at breakfast time.
